1. Acceptance

By using CodeNimbleTools ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

The site provides free, browser-based developer utilities and educational content. Tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt or overload it, no probing or attacking the admin area, no scraping at abusive volumes, and no using the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

4. Your responsibility for outputs

Tool outputs (code, configurations, calculations) are aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything before using it in production — a generated .htaccess rule, CSP header or permission value can still be wrong for your specific environment.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, content and guides are owned by CodeNimbleTools. You retain all rights to data you paste into the tools (which, as described in the Privacy Policy, we never receive). You may use tool outputs freely in your own projects, commercial or otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeNimbleTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on tool outputs — including data loss, downtime or SEO impact resulting from configurations you deploy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or modify/discontinue tools at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
